Incorrect products

If you believe you have received the wrong product, please feel free to contact us on info@ramhairproduct.com.au and attach a picture of the incorrect product and we will get back to you within 48hours.

In case of wrong product, product should be returned within 14 days of arrival.

Please note: We ask that you select your products carefully as we are unable to refunds for change of mind returns even if they have not been used or are not suitable for your hair.

Products damaged in transit

Ram hair product has no control over and makes no warranty in relation to the performance of the companies who deliver the products.
